Our Mission

What do we care about?
mamalois is 35 x SAMH: Wear Your Story, Support Mental Health
mamalois is 35 was born from a deeply personal place—one of navigating low episodes of depression and anxiety. The clothes I create are inspired by the comforting meals that carried me through, a reminder that even in the darkest times, small joys exist.
This Giving.sg campaign is more than just a collaboration with the Singapore Association for Mental Health (SAMH)—it’s a way to give back, to support others walking similar paths. A portion of every purchase will go toward SAMH’s programs, helping those in need access mental health support and resources.
By supporting this campaign, you’re not just wearing a story—you’re helping someone else write a new one. Join us in making mental health care more accessible, one piece at a time.

Courage
It's sometimes really difficult to talk about our mental health or other struggles in our lives. We're committed to finding different ways to empower those around us to feel supported and provide that soft space to land through dialog, events, and support.
-
Authenticity & Independence
It's easy to stop being yourself as long as there is money to be made. We believe that we would rather take the longer path to financial freedom if it means that we can retain full independence and authenticity. In the wise words of 2pac, I can't stand fake ass bitches. Is anyone even reading this?

Fun & Funny
We want you to laugh and have fun. We want your clothes to make you smile and our words to make you laugh (hopefully!) It's food and food makes us HAPPPYYYY!!!!

Our charity partner: Singapore Association for Mental Health (SAMH)
SAMH is our Charity Partner for 2025. 2% of all profits will go towards the SAMH YouthReach programs!
SAMH aims to reintegrate persons with mental health issues back into society through community-based mental health programmes and services that provide rehabilitative care for these individuals, and support for their families and caregivers. With a vision to promote mental wellness for all, SAMH is committed to improve the lives of, and promote acceptance and respect for, persons with mental health issues and improve the mental resilience of the community. In 2023, SAMH celebrated its 55th anniversary and pledged its commitment to step up efforts and address the growing challenge of mental health issues among the people, young and old.
